WHAT IS
IT?

Focus groups remain the gold standard for qualitative research. FGDs are highly effective in generating first-hand accounts of user information and insight. A set of people are led through a discussion by a skilled moderator (or group facilitator) in an open and spontaneous manner, exposing different ideas and opinions from many different individuals.
